In Memory and Updates

Ok, this week has been a little rough. If anyone hasn't found out, my minister's wife, Sharon Mullen died Tuesday afternoon. She's had a bad heart for a while, two of her arteries were clogged. She apparently had a spell and dropped dead. It still hasn't sunk in (maybe that's why I can talk so easily about it?) , even though I went to the visitation Wednesday night, and saw her at the front of the church. I glanced up twice, but didn't actually go up. I never said a word while I was there, to anyone. And I didn't go to school the two days after, it was cancelled because of the storm on Friday. Now I kind of wished I had gone, since I'm not going to be able to see anyone for another week.

This week is March Break for me, and next week is the Open House at the collge, which unfortunately, I can't go to. My mum won't let me, and I'm mad at her. But I'm going to save my money for my fiddle instead. I checked Leighton's Music Store in town, and the one the have is $350 + tax. So, just another couple of paychecks! Then I'll be saving my money for clothes shopping in PEI in May. Hopefully we'll still be able to go to the youth conference. As of now, we have no chaperone for the girls. Maybe Tim and Amy will take us? It's always fun when they come. I had an amazing time at Exalt with them.

And another update!! I got my hair cut on Thursday! I got about 4 inches off. It's as short as it was last May, when I got TONS off. That was my first real haircut in YEARS. And anyone who's seen pictures or knew me before then knew how long my hair was. Like, to my butt type long. I cried so much the first time I got it cut, it was such a change, and I hate big changes like that. But, I got over it. I guess this time, I was used to it being shorter, so it wasn't such a shock. But, now it will go curlier, and it's easier to straighten.

Anyways, I think that's all for updates. I'm going to go update other stuff (yes,that's how bored I am). Maybe I'll organize pictures/folders or read and write later. I'll talk to you all soon!!
